My daughter wanted to spend her holiday money on having her ears pierced and nagged us to take her. To end this torment we took her in to the nearest town to discover that Clare's accessories had closed down. A quick Google revealed these guys just round the corner and I am so glad we found them. They were absolutely superb with my daughter. Despite wanting her ears done she was still nervous and the staff went that extra mile to ease her. They were engaging, friendly & thorough. My daughter was so proud of herself & felt so grown up. I would highly recommend Ouch!

Had my belly button piercing done here 15 years ago - have had no problems at all. I lost my belly bar on holiday couple of weeks ago and had no spare. By the time I came home the piercing had closed over slightly. I went in to Ouch today - without an appointment- and they put my belly bar back in, no pain and staff were so helpful. They didn't charge me, said it was their after care service - you don't get that very often now a days - thank you. This is certainly the best place to go for body piercing.

Highly Recommend! Had a double helix piercing today, staff were so friendly and polite and made me feel comfortable. Very clean and was happy to answer any questions I had, it was over and done with quicker then I thought, they just get on with it, no time wasted, very professional.
